Aged in small apple brandy casks for over 12 months, this rich and generous liqueur is a result of blending pressed French and British heirloom apple varieties with our apple spirit.

  2. Jean Luc Jamet Cote Rotie Les Terrasses 2019
Jean Luc Jamet Cote Rotie Les Terrasses 2019
The star of the show is the 2019 Côte Rôtie Terrasses, which can thought of as a hypothetical mix of the 2017 and 2018, with perhaps a nod to the 2017. Both red and black fruits, peppery herbs, dried flowers, graphite, and a beautiful sense of minerality define the bulk of the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied on the palate, with fine, building tannins, terrific overall balance, and a great finish. From a vintage that produced ripe, tannic wines, this stays balanced and pure and is loaded with potential. (96) JEB DUNNUCK

  3. Rolet Arbois Tradition Rouge 2022
    Rolet Arbois Tradition Rouge 2022
A blend of 40% Poulsard, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Trousseau, the 2022 Rouge Arbois Tradition displays bright red fruits alongside spicy elements. Subtle herbaceous accents add complexity, attributable to the use of approximately 20% stems from the Pinot Noir and Trousseau during fermentation. Concentrated and savory, the 2022 is neatly framed by ripe tannins and can be enjoyed over the next four years. NICOLAS GREINACHER, Vinous

  4. Domaine Joly Cotes du Jura Poulsard 2022
Domaine Joly Cotes du Jura Poulsard 2022
Managed by Cédric Joly, Domaine Joly encompasses approximately 6.5 hectares and offers a comprehensive range of Jura wines. The reds are vinified from fully destemmed grapes and fermented with indigenous yeasts, with about 15 days of skin contact. They age for a relatively short period of six to seven months, leading to an early release.  Joly explains, "When I took over from my father 30 years ago, he instilled in me the idea that it's easier to correct a wine with a little chaptalization rather than playing around with artificial acidities. That's why I'm usually the first to harvest grapes compared to neighboring vineyards.”

The 2022 Poulsard Côtes du Jura offers delicate pomegranate and red cherry alongside spicy nuances. Light-bodied and refreshing, the 2022 offers a short yet clean finish. NICHOLAS GREINACHER, Vinoous

90% Syrah, 10% Viognier, from gneiss soils in southern sector, Bassenon the name of stream at foot of hill, official vineyard name Coteaux de Semons
Full, hearty red robe. The bouquet is full, but precise in its fruit declaration, has a smoky-oak coolness, lines up cassis, blue fruits. The palate carries the softness of Bassenon, is supple in feel, offers a gourmand set of mixed fruits, plums, carries squeezy, engaging tannins, ends on a wheel of roundness. It's attractive and true. Drink 2025-2047 5 STARS JOHN LIVINGSTONE-LEARMONTH

Vivid purple. Intense, sharply focused aromas of ripe red and blue fruits, licorice, exotic spices, apricot and olive. Stains the palate with sappy cherry, boysenberry and candied violet flavors. It steadily picks up spice and mineral flourishes with aeration. Well-concentrated and lively as well, finishing with excellent clarity, sneaky tannins and strong, floral-driven tenacity.
