  1. Remejeanne Cotes-du-Rhone Blanc Les Chevrefeuilles 2023
Remejeanne Cotes-du-Rhone Blanc Les Chevrefeuilles 2023
The nose has a gentle peach aroma, honeysuckle indeed after the wine’s name, with a hint of smoke. The palate is charming from the off, holds squeezy and cosy white fruits with tender progress along the palate, the finale curved. JOHN LIVINGSTONE-LEARMONTH, Drink Rhone

Certified organic. Chèvrefeuilles (pronounced ‘shev-ruh-foy’) is French for honeysuckle, the perfume of which you cannot escape during springtime in the Southern Rhône. Olivier is a sucker for the character and freshness of old-vine Clairette, which now accounts for half the blend in his delightful citrus- and white-plum-scented Les Chèvrefeuilles Blanc, with the remainder made up of 25% Roussanne and 25% Grenache Blanc. The fruit grows on the domaine’s cooler, east-facing sites, where limestone helps to preserve freshness.

  4. Font du Vent Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Tradition 2022
Font du Vent Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Tradition 2022

Crafted by the Gonnet family, whose deep-rooted history in Châteauneuf-du-Pape spans generations, this wine reflects a legacy of precision, tradition, and a deep respect for terroir. Their approach results in wines that are both refined and expressive, capturing the essence of this historic region.

Their flagship Châteauneuf-du-Pape is sourced from south-facing vines over 50 years old, ensuring concentration and depth. After a traditional fermentation, the wine is aged in a combination of concrete vats, 600L demi-muids, and smaller 200L oak barrels, allowing for texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

The blend is a true reflection of the appellation’s diversity, featuring Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Cinsault, Terret Noir, Vaccarèse, Clairette, and Bourboulenc—a medley of red and white varieties that together create a wine of balance, richness, and southern charm

  8. Frederic & Daniel Brunier Piedlong Châteauneuf du Pape 2022
Frederic & Daniel Brunier Piedlong Châteauneuf du Pape 2022
A blend of 90% Grenache (sourced on galets roulés) and 10% Mourvèdre on sandy soils, the 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Piedlong is a stunning wine. Evoking aromas of rose, violets, spices, garrigue and red berries, it’s medium to full-bodied, round and structured with bright acids, a long, delicate core of fruit and a mouthwatering mineral finish.

Taking its name from the lieu-dit Piedlong, this Brunier family project spotlights Grenache Noir cultivated on sandy soils and galets roulés that define the La Crau plateau. The typical blend for Piedlong comprises 90% Grenache from le Pied Long and 10% Mourvèdre from Pignan. This results in a lighter-hued wine that is more refined in expressing Grenache and Châteauneuf-du-Pape yet retains considerable aging potential. The 2021 vintage stands out as particularly successful despite the challenging conditions, tending toward an earlier drinking window, while the 2022 release represents a superb effort by the Brunier family within the vintage’s context. 13. Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Hommage a Jacques Perrin 2012
Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Hommage a Jacques Perrin 2012
The wine of the vintage is the Perrins' 2012 Châteauneuf du Pape Hommage A Jacques Perrin, which has a classic, sexy, accessible style yet is also going to age beautifully. Massive amounts of smoked black fruits, ground pepper, iodine, truffle, and bloody meat all emerge from this inky colored behemoth. With full body, building tannins, no hard edges, and a rock star of a finish, it’s primary and youthful, but incredible. Ideally, it would be given another 4-5 years of bottle age and will keep for another 3 decades or more. It’s an awesome wine! (99) JEB DUNNUCK

  14. Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Hommage a Jacques Perrin 2013
Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Hommage a Jacques Perrin 2013
The same can be said for the 2013 Châteauneuf du Pape Hommage A Jacques Perrin, as this insanely impressive barrel sample transcends the vintage. Full-bodied, decadent and layered, with massive concentration and purity, it’s loaded with black and blue fruits, violets, truffle, licorice and assorted floral notes. This cuvee always shows fabulous fruit in its youth, and it doesn’t start to gain its hallmark gaminess until after a few years in bottle. In addition, this cooler vintage, with its ample moisture and autumn summer, produced Mourvedre with off-the-charts aromatic purity and perfect ripeness. It will clearly be in the top 1-2 wines and will have 3-4 decades of longevity (100) JEB DUNNUCK, Wine Advocate

Extremely aromatic with blueberries, blackberries, and flowers. Full- bodied, dense, and rich yet agile and exciting. The tannins are seamless and beautiful. The finish shows stones and spices. The ancient mourvedre in the blend gives this wine elegance. Incredible depth. So drinkable now but goes on for minutes. Fantastic Hommage... (98) JAMES SUCKLING

  15. Dolin Vermouth Blanc 16%
    Dolin Vermouth Blanc 16%
Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their larger commercial counterparts. The particular mixture of plants found near Chambéry give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Even the Blanc and Rouge retain great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. Each can be enjoyed as aperitif on ice, with a twist of citrus, or in a broad array of traditional cocktails.

  17. Maidenii Roselle Bitter 750ml
    Maidenii Roselle Bitter 750ml
Roselle is the common name for Hibiscus Sabdariffa. It has a bright red calyx which adds colour and flavour along with 23 other botanicals including Australian natives – strawberry gum, Tasmanian pepperberry and salt bush. Its important bitterness comes from various roots, in particular gentian from Aubrac in the Centre of France. The wine base is from Heathcote grapes fermented as rosé, which is fortified with the unique blend of botanical tinctures . The residual sugar, from grapes only, is around 100 g/l, indicating a more Aperitivo style but it is very well suited as a Bitter, to the growing category of low sugar/low alcohol cocktail.
