Tight and tart, racy and refreshing, there’s licks and whiffs of salted cashews, sea spray, preserved lemon and an unusual character that I like to call ‘ozone’ as it smells of higher profile air, if you get my drift. It’s really tasty and feels super easy to drink, has good crunch and crispness, finishes long and mouth-watering with faint nutty character hanging around too.
