The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Grands Blancs emerges from vines in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, vintages 2020 and 2019. It offers terrific palate presence and fine balance to match. Although bottled with no dosage, Les Grands Blancs is not at all stark. Rather, it boasts very fine pliancy and persistence, qualities that are amplified through vinification and élevage in barrel. Lemon confit, marzipan, dried flowers, chamomile and spice build nicely in the glass. This is beautifully done. ANTONIO GALLONI, Vinous
