Details

This excellent Prissé climat is one of the new vineyards the Bret brothers recently purchased in partnership with Dominique Lafon. The 40-year-old vines here face due east in a sheltered spot just below a small forest at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson.

OUTSTANDING, TOP VALUE. Bright, airy and pretty aromas are comprised by notes of cool citrus, white flower and the essence of pear and apple compote. There is a lovely sense of energy to the delicious middle weight flavors that possess good if not special density before culminating in a balanced, complex and lengthy finish. This is an excellent wine for the appellation and definitely worth your interest. BURGHOUND
