Details

The NV Champagne 75/25 Extra Brut is 75% Meunier and the rest Chardonnay, from 2019 and 2018, and originates from the same area as the Psyche. Pale straw in color, it's lifted and fresh with aromas of orange marmalade, white pepper, and wild strawberry. Pristine and juicy, it will be wonderful as an aperitif, with brunch, or at the end of a very long night. It's inviting and fresh, with the characteristic subtle but well-accented mousse.
