An elegant nose freely reveals aromas of white flowers, mineral reduction, lemon zest, quinine and oyster shell wisps. There is fine precision and verve to the tension-filled medium weight flavors that exude both minerality and salinity on the bitter lemon-suffused and beautifully long finale that is youthfully austere and moderately dry.
