This blanc de blancs comes from a single vineyard on calcareous soils. It has an intense and perfumed bouquet with aromas of pastry, flowers and spices. There's some brightness here, with a delicate, pure and crystalline palate. Moderately-weighted, this Champagne finishes long. DECANTER
