An emphatically dry Alsace pinot gris with ripe yellow apple and melon aromas, ample substance and excellent freshness. Less than 12% alcohol, which really makes this dance on the medium-bodied palate. Excellent length. Almost 100% from vines planted in the early 1990s at Clos Windsbuhl.
