One barrel, one vintage. Pinot noir and Chardonnay from the best of the best. The wine spends 8 to 9 years on lees before being disgorged by hand.

That assessment plays out in this striking wine of Grand Cru intensity and drive, fuelled by densely-knit grapefruit, nougat and floral tones tapering to a long, salty finish.
