The 2022 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Cuvée des Ormes is very well defined on the nose, with hints of wet pavement filtering through green fruit. The palate is nicely balanced with a citric entry, fine tension and vivid orange zest notes toward the finish. It's the kind of Chardonnay I'd love to drink with some fruits de mer.
