Details

80% Grenache with 10% Syrah and 10% Cinsault from vines on clay and limestone. Fruit is handpicked and destemmed. Fermentation temperature regulated around 24° in order to favour fruity aromas. 15-day-tank maceration of berries. Daily pump-overs for color, tannin, elegance and structure. Ageing both in wood and tanks. This is deliciously red and purple-fruited Rhone beauty has excellent concentration and structure for a CDR.
