A beautiful, almost opulent wine that's also light on its feet. So supple, well concentrated and lavish, with apricot, peach and lemon blossom flavors on a medium body. Very fresh, slightly tangy and fruit driven, with good acidity and a lush mouthfeel. Barrel fermented in about 15% new oak and aged on the lees for 20 months. Drink now or hold. (97) JIM GORDON

The 2023 Estate Chardonnay Westside Farms Vineyard has intense, detailed aromas of matchstick, grilled peaches, lemon custard and beeswax. The full-bodied palate boasts concentrated, savory flavors balanced by bright acidity, and it has a long, layered finish.
