Thymiopoulos Xinomavro Young Vine 2022A blend of higher altitude parcels around the village of Fytia and the warmer, lower elevation parcels
adjacent to the village of Trilofos. Vines are young and non-irrigated at an altitude 200-500 metres on Schist, granite and limestone. Naoussa’s region warm continental climate with moderate rainfall throughout the year. Cooling winds from Vermio mountain are crucial for the quality of the grapes.
Grapes are hand-picked, 75% destemmed, macerated for 12-15 days and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 months and 8 months in concrete tanks.
Fresh strawberries, cherries, and raspberries, potentially with hints of wild herbs, spices, and even a touch of floral elements weaving themselves in too. The palate offers a juicy and refreshing experience, with bright red and black fruits dominating. The villages of Naoussa offer a most interesting diversification on their hilly terrain in terms of altitude, slope, soil structure, orientation etc. These conditions shape an intriguing mixture of meso-climates.

Nico Lazaridi Cavalieri Xinomavro 2021The grapes come from selected old vines over 40 years old, giving low yield per hectare with good concentration. Classic red vinification and malolactic fermentation. The wine matures in 500L oak barrels for 24 months and then additional 6 months in ideal cellar conditions.
Pale red colour. Complex nose with aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits, notes of spicy spices, herbs, tomato leaves and cedar. Full mouth with high acidity and tannins with a pleasant long aftertaste.

Kings County Moonshine 375ml40% ABV. Kings County Distillery's Moonshine (un-aged whiskey) is distilled from 80% New York State organic corn and 20% malted barley, sourced from the UK. The latter represents one of the highest proportions of malted barley on a US whiskey's mash bill. It is double distilled in gooseneck copper pot stills to yield a lower distillation proof, rich in flavor and mouthfeel. Poli Negroni packPoli are best known for there fine range of premium Grappa, liquers and distillates from North east Italy.
