Nico Lazaridi Cavalieri Assyrtiko 2023Alcoholic fermentation in graduated temperatures from 12 to 17?C in stainless steel tanks. Small part of the Assyrtiko ends its fermentation in oak barrels and matures for 6 months by performing the battonage. The rest of the wine stays in stainless tanks in contact with the fine lees.
Pronounced aromas of citrus, white stone fruit, botanical hints harmonically combined with notes of honey and jasmine, revealing the short maturation in oak barrels in the presence of fine lees. It is full bodied with a pleasantly high acidity and long aftertaste.

The aging is longer and less reductive than for its younger sibling, which only seems to enhance the sense of smoky minerality—a reflection of the slate and calcareous soil in which the vines grow. It is a complex and stimulating mountain white that is, by turns, grapefruity, fleshy, powdery and savoury. The finish throws up deep, earthy mineral notes and perfumed, mouth-watering length. Poli Negroni packPoli are best known for there fine range of premium Grappa, liquers and distillates from North east Italy. Established in 1898 this quality producer has over a 100 years' experience with distilling. Recently they have produced a unique Gin - MARCONI 46. Together this forms once of the world great classic cocktail- the Negroni.
This classic was first created for Count Camillo Negroni in 1919 at Florence's Café Casoni. A century later and millions of Negroinis, and this has sealed itself as one of the world's greatest classics. Below is the deceptively simple and delicious cocktail. We have included 2 bottles each of the Turin Bitters and the Drapo Rosso Vermouth so once you have gone through your first bottle of Marconi 46 all you have to do is grab another bottle or choose any one of your favourite local or international gins.
