A light, inviting white, with a cleansing swath of stony minerality alongside white blossoms and a subtle note of peach. Refreshing, with a pretty delicacy. Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Muscat. Drink now. WINE SPECTATOR

Founded in 1639, Hugel is one of Alsace's most historic and influential family wineries. Now in its twelfth generation, the estate has helped shape the international reputation of Alsace through wines that combine precision, longevity and an unwavering respect for terroir. Their vineyards around Riquewihr are among the region's finest, while the Hugel name has become synonymous with quality throughout the world.

Gentil is one of Alsace's great white blends, combining the region's noble varieties into a wine that is far more than the sum of its parts. Each grape contributes something different—aromatics, texture, freshness or spice creating a wine of remarkable balance and versatility. Bright, mineral and effortlessly drinkable, it is one of those bottles that seems equally at home as an aperitif or alongside almost any meal.
