Details

Disgorged in 2023 with a 7g/L dosage, this is a blend of 2018 base vintage (73%) and reserve wine from 2015, 2016 and 2017. The carefully balanced three varietals (trois cépages) are Chardonnay (44%), Pinot Noir (26%) and Pinot Meunier (29%). This champagne is fresh and delicious with a lovely creamy mousse, green apple and hints of white stone fruits like nectarine and peach, and lemon pith on the finish. It's the perfect starter for any gathering of family and friends.
