Only 600 bottles produced per year, this Brut non-vintage rosé Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The colour is from blending a small amount of red Pinot Noir aged using the Solera method.  Base year is 2021 with reserve wine from '18, '19 and '20. Disgorged 2023.  The rosé has all of the complexity of the Trois Cépage from Godin et Filles but with a delightful hint of red fruits like strawberries from the addition of 6% red Pinot Noir. This is a subtle, relatively low proportion for a rosé Champagne, with the addition of red wine stopped as soon as hints of red fruit are detected in the blend.  It's a versatile wine that is an excellent apéritif for cheese and fruit platters, but can also pair well with light pasta dishes or desserts.
