This small family-run domaine lies in Bué, is arguably the most prestigious village in the whole of Sancerre. Pierre Morin, Gérard's son, took over in 2004 and the domaine has continued to garner fans and a steadfast loyalty.
Harvest is all done by hand and meticulous sorting prior to vinification ensure the best fruit even for the 'entry level' wines. All whites are vinified in stainless steel tanks and work in the vineyard is based around organics with not pesticides or herbicides in use. 90% of the fruit is from the village of Bué for the straight Sancerre where the soil are a mixture of clay-limestone and gravelly topsoil, and the average age of vine is over 30 years.
