Details

100% Pinot Meunier (80% from Leubrigny, 20% from Sainte Gemme) the wine is a blend of 50% reserve wine and 50% current vintage (2021). It is fermented in stainless steel and allowed to go through malolactic conversion. It spends 24 months on lees and is finished with 6g/l dosage. Disgorged May 2024.

Ripe Pinot Meunier maturity with strong reserve wine addition. Baden honey biscuit and exotic fruit notes. Palate is very nice. Full and rich with some tannin grip too. Great complexity. Very good. TIM STOCK, importer
