Notes of baked apples, pink grapefruit and crushed stones lead into a buoyant and vibrant core of white nectarines and young ginger. A gush of nervy acidity excites the palate while a subtle undertow of minerality completes the wine. This is a stonkingly great Bourgogne for the price, you couldn’t ask for much more. GABRIELLE POY
