Seductive notes of spiced apples, preserved lemons, brioche and fennel excite from the first whiff, leading into a beautifully ripe core that takes centre stage. Flavours of Golden Delicious apples allude to its ripeness while a crunch and minerally vigour is pervading the palate and reining it in. There's flesh coupled with refinement and tension.
