Like the Meursault, here we have an inviting floral perfume. Wide, a little more structured than the Meursault - an architecture. Less mineral but more intense with a juicy citrus finishing character. A (small case) strictness here vs the Meursault - this is dangerous wine! In terms of completeness maybe the Meursault is better today - but I'm splitting hairs. BILL NANSON, The Burgundy Report

The nose has a certain reduction and a greater sense of class. The fruit soars on the palate, with fine tension, and a sense of graceful plumpness, with a long and quite complex finish. Clearly greater class here in the pure white fruit mode JASPER MORRIS MW
