Details

the En Lya Chardonnay 2019 comes from limestone and marl soils at altitude, with fruit hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts. The wine is aged in older Burgundian barrels for around 12–18 months on lees, with minimal sulphur and no fining or filtration, keeping things pure and site-driven.

This leans into a richer, more textural Chardonnay style. Think citrus, orchard fruit and a gentle nutty note, with a soft, rounded palate and a mineral edge keeping things in line. There’s good weight here, but it stays balanced and composed.
