The 2022 Doisy-Vedrines is wonderfully floral and delicate in the glass. Dried pear, spice, chamomile and mint all grace this exquisite Barsac. I very much like the energy here ANTONIO GALLONI
Exotic honeyed mint, caramelized pineapple, and orange marmalade all emerge from the 2022 Château Doisy-Védrines, another ripe, powerful Sauternes that has beautiful balance and length. Despite the richness and opulence of the year, it has a good spine of acidity and stays light on its feet. (96) JEB DUNNUCK
A very classic Sauternes with dried apricots, sliced peaches and apples with caramel and honey. Medium- to full-bodied with a very sweet palate and intense botrytis. Really flavorful and lovely, showing the great modern era of Sauternes. This will age beautifully. One of the best bottles I have had from here in years. (95) JAMES SUCKLING
A ripe, complex and elegant bouquet of apricots, spices, saffron and pineapple introduce the 2022 Doisy-Védrines, a medium to full-bodied, dense and enrobing Sauternes full of energy. With good depth at the core and a layered, deep mid-palate, it segues into a long, mineral and delicately apricot-driven finish. This blend of 90% Sémillon, 8% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Muscadelle will offer a broad drinking window and is a stunning effort, as it often is at this address. WINE ADVOCATE
Thrilling and fun, bright and forward on the palate with lemon, lime, orange and pineapple - gorgeous tropical elements with a weighty, thick, unctuous texture. Lovely appeal here, really quite generous and tasty. It just has the acidity and the buzz you want - giving so much life- and then really matches the thickness and strong sweetness.
