Rich and textural on the palate, with gentle unctuosity balanced by vibrant acidity and a savoury, saline edge from traditional amphora (talha) fermentation. A harmony of fresh acidity and ripe fruit. The finish is long and layered, with remarkable complexity. It reveals mature orange marmalade, quince, and pear, gradually unfolding in the glass to show hints of wet earth, candied orange peel, and warm spice (clove). Visually, it presents a pale straw-yellow with glints of light gold.
