Details

A lightly funky Tamar Valley pinot noir fermented with 15% whole bunches before three months in oak and bottling with minimal SO2. A light, airy ruby in the glass with aromas of bright red cherry and red plum with hints of leaf litter, spice, light amaro herbs, raspberry flan, citrus blossom and light gamey notes.
