Torreblanca Vintage Grower Cava Brut 2023 is a precise, estate-grown Cava made from Macabeo, Xarel lo, and Parellada, offering a clean and finely tuned expression of traditional Spanish sparkling wine. The nose is fresh and mineral-driven, with notes of white nectarine, green apple, and subtle honeyed biscuit. On the palate, it is dry and light-framed, with fine persistent bubbles, crisp acidity, and a gently textured finish from 19 months on lees.
