Referred to as a junior vin jaune, this savagnin has spent almost 3 years in barrel aged under flor. Consequently, we pleasantly see aromas of buttered hazelnuts, anzac biscuits, salted nut butter and honeysuckle - there's nowhere else but the Jura we could be. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fresh lemon, ginger, almond skin and straw. With air, the primary shines. Juicy ripe green apple, nashi pear and yellow peach.
