Fresh pungent red like immature cherries, hues of brick when swirled. Slightly mineral on the nose, with a flow of red fruit.. Medium body, mellow on the mid palate, tannins laying softly on the chin, good acidity to finish. Sour cheery, redcurrant and wet stone are just some of aromas showing on a palate in evolution. Austere minerality, and acidity manage to keep in check the seducing tender fruit. Serve in a big Burgundy glass and rather a degree to cold than too hot
