You might think we only do wine here at the Prince, but we’re big spirit fans too. Whether you’re talking great aperitifs for summer sipping, top-quality gins, cognac, vermouths, amaros, or anything in between—we’ve got your back.

So, with that in mind, we’ve pulled together a set of feature packs showcasing some fantastic gins from France and Italy, a brilliant vermouth from the slopes of Mt Etna, plus a unique and delicious aperitif, along with truly sophisticated tonic waters and mixers to round things out. 

There are three packs to choose from. The first two showcase one of Italy’s best premium gins from Quattro Gatti, a new producer on the gin scene led by an ex-pat Aussie now calling Italy home. Pack One is the classic G&T kit: a bottle of their flagship gin paired with four bottles of Archibald Tonic - more on them shortly.

Pack Two is built for the dirty martini lover, featuring their frankly brilliant Olive Gin, distilled with local olives, olive oil, and olive leaf. It’s tailor-made for a dirty martini and comes matched with Tenuta Aglea Dry Vermouth. Made by our good friend in Sicily, Anne-Louise Mikkelsen, the vermouth is infused with locally foraged herbs and aromatics from the hills of Etna, bold, expressive, and the perfect foil for this timeless cocktail.

The last pack brings together a collection of spirits and mixers crafted from one inspired producer, each rooted in hand-foraging and tradition. It begins with Folle Envie, a bright and citrus-forward French apéritif crafted from an old family recipe that has been lovingly revived. Alongside it sits Parcelle Gin, a small-batch spirit shaped by wild-gathered aromatics collected from the surrounding countryside. Completing the trio is a suite of mixers from Archibald—sodas, tonics, and ginger ale made using hand-foraged gentian root instead of quinine, offering a gentler, more gastronomic bitterness. Each component is crafted with care, and together they form an effortlessly delicious, beautifully cohesive set for spritzes, G&Ts, and long drinks all summer long.
