It’s clean, briny, silky, and fragrant, exactly what you want in a gin designed for this classic cocktail.
Alongside it is the Tenuta Aglaea Dry Vermouth, crafted on the slopes of Mount Etna from an aromatic infusion of locally foraged herbs, flowers, and citrus. It’s bold, mineral, and green-tinged, an ideal vermouth for lovers of structure and complexity. Together, the pair creates a dirty martini that is savoury, textural, and incredibly refined.
The Perfect Dirty Martini (Quattro Gatti Style)
60ml Quattro Gatti Olive Leaf Gin
15ml Tenuta Aglaea Dry Vermouth
5–10ml olive brine (to taste)
Stir over ice until icy cold, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a fat green olive. Elegant, salty, aromatic—a dirty martini as it should be.
