ompleting the duo is a suite of mixers from Archibald—sodas, tonics, and ginger ale made using hand-foraged gentian root instead of quinine, offering a gentler, more gastronomic bitterness. There is plenty to do here but the simplest way to drink the Folle Envie is 60ml on ice, a dash of soda (if you want) and a wedge of something citrusy. Estelle says a littel cracked pepper is the perfect compliment for this wonderful summer drink. Of course, a Folle Envie spritz is your next best bet and a more than worthy option here.

The Parcelle is a beutifully delicate gin so the Archibald tonic is the perfect compliment with its delicate bitterness while a dash of elderflower cordial or liquer with a little soda will fancy things up a little. For those looking to spice things up it goes great with ginger ale!
