Details

100% Chardonnay sourced from 0.7 Hectares near Teglio. This vineyard was planted in 2014 and sits at 800 metres above sea level. At this altitude there is significant diurnal shift, an absence of humidity and an acidic PH in the soil. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in oak tonneau for 6 months before bottling.
