The 2022 Riesling Rheingau Kabinett was harvested in the elevated Kiedricher Wasseros, whole-bunch pressed, fermented and made in stainless steel. White peach aromas are framed by citrus. The palate is tingling, bright and juicy, with peaches delineated by lemon. The 2022 is incredibly animating and mouth-watering. This pitches around 9g/L of acidity and 32g/L of sweetness.
