The 2022 Riesling Kiedricher Klosterberg Erste Lage was fermented spontaneously in Doppelstück and Stück after skin contact, stayed on fine lees and was bottled in June 2023. The nose displays juicy Reine Claude plum aromas. There's a greengage, but the scent remains reserved, subtle. The palate is rounded with stone fruit, dense and concentrated with subtle yeast texture, citrus pith, cool pale stone fruit and a touch of nuttiness.
