Fragrant and refined, the 2021 Rizzi Pajorè has lovely aromas of violet, baking spice, camphor and forest berry. Linear and elegantly structured, the savory palate offer juicy Morello cherry, raspberry tart, cinnamon and white pepper accompanied by fine-grained tannins. Standing tall with a solid and well-structured presence on the palate, the wine shines with waves of cherry, raspberry and sour plum as fresh herbs and mixed spices team together to heighten the energy of the wine.
