Tasmania has rapidly become one of Australia's wine and culinary hubs. The
unique climate and ecosystem, combined with some pretty special wine and cheese
producers has skyrocketed the region to the upper echelon of Australian produce.
The cool climate, coastal influences and the cold fronts coming up from
Antarctica makes it the perfect environment for elegent, restrained and
complex wines.
That's not to mention how good the cheese is!
