  1. Domaine Pajot Cotes de Gascogne Blanc 2021
Domaine Pajot Cotes de Gascogne Blanc 2021

The Domaine itself is plonked on the hills overlooking Eauze the capital of Armagnac. Its certified organic and has eighty acres of vines that grow on the gentle hills of sand and fine silt soils. All harvests are done by hand and the domaine does not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. This is a dry and textural blend of Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Sauvignon, and Gros-Manseng.

They have done it again! This is my go to white for summer with a lovely lemony, floral lilt and powdery, perfumed nose. Gentle and bright with clean and crisp flavours of orchard fruits and white nectarine. Its uncomplicated and delicious with clean, crunchy fruits and a zippy, minerally finish. Ridiculous value. 5. Mas Amiel Cotes du Roussillon 'Vertigo' Rouge 2021
Mas Amiel Cotes du Roussillon 'Vertigo' Rouge 2021
Made from a well-known South of France winery Mas Amiel in the region of Roussillon. This wine is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, it's part of a warmer vineyard which makes it full bodied & ample on the palate - however it's well balanced and still has freshness due to the soils of that vineyard (Schistes laden soils)....A wine of class without the high price tag.

  6. Coume del Mas 'Folio' Collioure AOP Blanc 2021
Coume del Mas 'Folio' Collioure AOP Blanc 2021

Sourced from 32 different parcels across the entire estate, an absolute classic Collioure Blanc from this excellent estate. Owner Philippe Gard says that Grenache Gris does not support mediocrity and you can understand that from this cuvée. Very low yields 14h/ha, wild yeast ferment in barrel and aged for 7 months there is so much purity, elegance and class on show. MATT STUBBS MW, Tim Atkin Langedoc Report

90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc from schist soils, 'Folio' is fermented with indigenous yeasts and ages on its lees for six months in barrel.
