The 2023 Chablis Vaucoupin 1er Cru has a crisp bouquet of lime and Anjou pear, and a light grass clipping scent. Energetic and focused. The palate is fresh and vibrant with wonderful weight and density. A crisp line of acidity emerge toward a harmonious and quite persistent finish.
