For many a Bordeaux lover, at its best, Pichon Lalande is one of the greatest wines from Paulliac. A bottle is always sensuous and layered with lush fruits, beautifully poised and perfectly balanced captivating with both its power and elegance. These are some of the most sought-after wines of the region and excel in any vintage putting them very close to the top of the quality tree in Bordeaux inclusive of the great First Growths.

Today, after more than 300 years of operation the domain has remained in the hands of only a couple of families with its most recent acquisition by the Rouzard family of Louis Roederer. Under the new stewardship, this venerable estate has only gone from strength to strength with the completion of a brand new winery in 2016 and the addition of Chateau de Pez to the already stellar range of Bordeaux being produced.
