Plenty to love here. Its bright, fresh and with excellent clarity and definition. Wafts of orchard flowers are so enticing amongst the textbook aromas. Snappy, lots or ripe, generous fruit, a touch of lemon oil and evident extract (something which is a hallmark of his wines) which serves to both widen the palate and extend the flavour, that slowly tappers off with a nice flourish of mineral verve. As always, his wines are about their vineyards, and this is evidently Meursault which is rather exciting at this level. This is so good and has more expansion and intensity than you could reasonably expect for its level. Its well and truly worth your attention. ROSCOE
