Based in Arsac and Cantenac on sandy-gravel over clay subsoil - Sauvignon Blanc 70%
Sémillon 30%. Whole-bunch pressed and manual harvest with strict sorting in the winery then transfered to a selection of first, second and third use barrels for 6 months with battonage.
