This is a love letter to a style that involves a lot of winemaker patience, experience and talent. A seriously nutty Apera that is barrel-aged, flor-seeded, salty, savoury, beautifully complex and so, so moreish. Explores the world of toasted hazelnut, almond, walnut followed by orange peel, salted toffee, nougat and Oolong tea with saline crunch.
