The 2021 Savigny-les-Beaune Blanc has a curious bouquet initially - pine and mint, soon giving way to attractive scents of white tea and jasmine. The palate is well balanced with impressive concentration, orange zest and light mango, touches of caramelised pear towards the quite delicious finish. Not a technical term, but "yummy".
