From the well-loved (these days) Dash Farms vineyard.

This is slick and elegant, composed and lengthy. Light on its feet but does show some creaminess, slip and slide, a sense of concentration despite the levity. Cloudy apple juice married to lime curd, crystallised ginger, a lick of mint and aniseed with some white pepper in the mix too. Seasoning is subtle, vanilla, butterscotch, more about texture, a lick rather than a slosh, nicely done. A little bit of tinned corn juice to finish, a small quibble. A lot to explore by the glass.
