Each site was chosen for its ability to contribute specific elements to the final blend—whether it’s aromatic lift, mineral drive, or structural precision. This collaborative approach allows us to craft a layered and expressive wine that reflects the broader character of the region.
Lifted aromatics of red currant, violet, and savoury olive tapenade are layered with bay leaf, dark chocolate, and subtle earthy undertones—classic hallmarks of Margaret River Cabernet. Soft black fruits fill a silky palate, with notes of cassis and mocha driving length and richness. Firm yet velvety tannins provide both approachability and the structure to age gracefully over the medium to long term. MCHENRY HOHNEN
