Sourced from Hazel’s Vineyard—our southernmost estate site—and fruit from our trusted grower at Celestial Bay, this blend brings together two distinct expressions of Margaret River. Hazel’s contributes perfume, structure, and depth, while Celestial Bay adds plush fruit and aromatic lift. This considered combination allows us to craft a layered, expressive red that reflects both site and season across the region.
A Malbec-dominant blend supported by Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and Petit Verdot for lift and spice, this wine opens with expressive aromas of black cherry compote, violets, and coastal bushland.
The palate is plush and vibrant, layered with mulberries, sweet spice, and savoury hints of liquorice and mocha—derived from maturation in fine French oak barriques.
