From Contrada Moganazzi at 700masl on the Northern slopes of ETNA. 80% Nerelllo Mascalese & 20% Nerello Cappucio . 7 days maceration on skins in s/steel tanks, Ageing: Stainless vats 9 months, min 2 months in bottle before release. A fresh & vibrant mid weight rosso. Savoury and spicy with light tannins, minerals, tobacco and rich red fruits.
