Made with 65-year-old vines, the oldest in the entire Lazzarito cru, the compelling Guido Porro 2021 Lazzairasco boasts intense aromas of rose, forest floor, menthol and woodland berry. Always the most austere of the estate's Barolos, the focused, firmly structured palate has great precision, delivering red cherry, raspberry, licorice, orange peel and mentholated notes alongside a backbone of firm, fine-grained tannins.
